Bio for Linda Chowansky

A native of Philadelphia, Pa, Linda grew up in Gloucester County NJ in a growing community of Washington Township. After graduating Washington Township High Schoo, Linda attended what is now Rowen University at Gloucester County with a Liberal Arts degree with a certificate from New York School of Interior Design. Linda and her husband Gary married in 1981 and have four children. Gary started a home remodeling and new home building business and grew it for 35 years which Linda has been an intricate part of. During that time, Linda was co-owner of a Kitchen and Bath Showroom, working with clients on their projects. Later relocating to Burlington County NJ, Linda worked at Ethan Allen as a Design/Sales Consultant for several years, then went out on her own to start Wedgewood Interiors. During that time Linda was also a NJ licensed Real Estate Agent and worked for Prudential Fox and Roach, now Berkshire Hathaway. When the 2008 mortgage bust recession came along, Linda embarked on helping other businesses survive as their Media Consultant with Supermedia, publisher of the Verizon Yellow Pages. Linda created online advertising such as websites, mobile websites, SEO, PPC and print advertising in the yellow pages as well as direct mail. She rose in the ranks making top new business sales. After four years assisting clients and growing their business, Linda went on to work for Gannett as a Digital Sales Manager and then SJ Magazine.

Linda and her family had dreams of relocating to sunnier and warmer climate and researched many different areas to relocate to. Linda and Gary now live in Bluffton, SC. Linda was hired by Hearst Media, WJCL as a new business TV commercial Sales and Digital Advertising Consultant and then later a Marketing Manager for a local retail business. The opportunity arrived to get back into her own interior design business working with Gary opened Bluffton Builders LLC. After sometime, Their oldest son Ryan who traveled the country also decided to call Bluffton his home and referred to as one of the most beautiful places like no other in the USA, with its own character of southern charm. Ryan decided join the family business, Bluffton Builders.

Linda decided to put all of her talents together and to pursue a SC Real Estate License to help clients, list, stage and sell their homes. With the marketing background as well as full knowledge of design and building, Linda has the expertise to get your home listed, marketed and sold. She has a fine appreciation for the quality of each home as well as the knowledge of all the best our area has to offer. Linda connects sellers to buyers with a competitive plan that will get your home sold!

Linda is also active in Mothers Against Drunk Driving and is an active volunteer in her community.
